Summary of the Position

The Undergraduate Admission department here at Bentley University has multiple openings for seasonal temporary help for Data and Records Support. This temporary need is for 3-6 months and the hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Essential Functions

*Data entry
*Electronic processing of application documents
*Use of Microsoft programs
*Entering recruit and applicant information in SalesForce
*Opening and processing daily mail
*Other duties as they arise
*Prepping and mailing communication materials and admittance decisions
*Research via Google and academic websites

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience Requirements)

Successful candidates for these positions should have a strong work ethic, be dependable, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, be adaptable to changes and have a good sense of humor.

Must be able to learn SalesForce, ImageNow and Banner.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
